Had a great experience with Quickway. From the first phone call, their customer service was friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the repair. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any diesel repairs.
This trailer shop was a bad experience. They added extra charges for a DOT inspection without telling me first. The customer service lied, gave poor communication, and even made false claims instead of fixing the problem. Very unprofessional — I would not recommend this place.
