If there were a choice for 0 stars, that is what I would pick. I took my grandson there to be seen and we got there at 530. The provider saw us checking in and asked the receptionist in front of me if this was a new patient. She then rolled her eyes and said “we close at 600” There is nowhere that says they stop taking patients at a certain time. Need to figure out a way to get people in and out quicker. A 1.5+ hour wait just to be let into the exam room when you have an appointment is simply ridiculous
The nurse was awesome but the doctor was very rude and dismissive of people allergies.
Took my son here to get tested quick for strep, was told it was a 2 hour wait right from the start. Ok, cool.. I know everyone is sick right now. So I made and appointment for 3 hours later, ya know, giving plenty of time.. Come back for said appointment, waited 1.5 hours after the set time.. when we finally got called back I asked how long we would be waiting back there and was told it would be another hour!! I made an appointment for my son to be seen and filled out all the paperwork online through the Solv app. When we arrived, we were the only people there besides staff and it still took 20 minutes before he was called back. The providers were great. They listened, tested, diagnosed and sent in a prescription right away. My only complaint is the wait time.
