Very professional, was waited on promptly, the staff treated me very well and there wasn't a long wait
Took my daughter with the concern of Covid. I told them her symptoms along with can’t taste or smell. The girl who took her vitals said since I was self pay she needed to see how the doctor wanted to proceed. The so called doctor comes in looks at her throat and said she is red and swollen so I’m gonna go with strep. Not once did she get tested for anything. So pissed that I paid $145 for nothing.
Patient Beware! Do your due diligence and then some when utilizing this clinic. Before utilizing, I checked our insurance website to see if they (UT Health Urgent Care) was a participating provider (in-network) and it was listed as such. Upon checking in I again asked the clerk if they were in-network with our insurance, providing my health insurance card, to which the clerk stated it was, adding that it showed that my deductible was met and no payment was due.
