Hate this place. The guy, Linus Medley is a NP not a doctor, which is fine if he was competent to practice alone just wanted to clarify that. He is completely rude. Refused to look at my throat bc strep test was negative even though I had all the symptoms. We had to demand multiple times, just to get him to look in my throat at all. I travel for wk I’m currently in Pittsburgh. My son is freshman at Kilgore college , he was sick so he had to take himself. He was in and out in less than an hr.. Thank yall so much for taking care of him.. I highly recommend anyone to visit
Horrible front desk person....I don't know If she wasn't trained to do her job or just doesn't care enough to do it Tried to pay my co pay with five different forms of payment and none would go through, she then made snide remarks implying I'm poor told me to walk across the street to use an atm.
