They will turn you around within 5 min. It’s like they come out ask what is wrong then go back speak with the doctor only to come back 2 min later and say they cant help. Then what are you here for taking up valuable real estate that another provider who wants to help can actually use
They were fantastic! When my primary care physician isn’t available, this is now my go-to urgent care — and they did not disappoint. I did notice that some patients were treating it more like an ER, which can slow things down a bit, but don’t let that discourage you. Tina and her team were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful! I went for an eye infection and got the antibiotics I needed within 2 hours from my pharmacy! Thank you!
I have used them many times over the last couple of years and I have always had a great experience with any and all of the nurse practitioners and the staff. They are very attentive, caring & thorough. Tina is an asset to the company! Great job UT.
I took my daughter cus she was really sick I had to force the doctor to check her after her telling me no due to my daughter eating a lollipop that the nurse gave her to calm down just told me to just take her to her regular dr. Never would return again. Don’t waste your time
Not worth your time or money to go. We have been twice for two completely unrelated reasons. Both times after paying for our visit we are told within 5 minutes that they can’t help us and wanted to send us on our way to go somewhere else. The second time, I insisted they take at least one action that was urgent to take care of my wife, but that’s all they would do and only after my insistence.
