All they care about is getting you in that bldg to bill your insurance. The only logic they understand is to withhold any customer service unless you set an appointment. They don’t make any money by giving you a refill. It’s so blatant that I’m embarrassed for them

They got me in last minute and worked quickly and professionally as a team to put me back together and updated my tetanus vaccine to boot. Elaine was the provider this day.
