If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife took our son on 12/26 to the quick visit in commerce. we have insurance, but they are out of network. She elected to pay the self pay price, but the facility was aware and had on file our insurance. We suspected that my son had flu, which we told them upon arrival, and that he had a temp of 103.5 that morning. They charged us the $125 self pay fee, and then my wife waited two hours with my sick son to be taken back and told that they were out of flu tests. Tria, admitted the front des... read more
The best Urgent care hands down. Everyone was extremely nice and the they take their time and actually listen to you. I highly recommend them.
The staff and service used to be outstanding. I am unsure if they are closing down or not, but the last 3 times I came, they were closed due to staffing shortages. Finally, I get an appointment on their website, show up 25 minutes early. Now, they are open, but don't honor appts. Now, I have 1.5 hr wait. I also asked for dr notes for insurance during last visit. They wouldn't have them ready same day due to new software. Still waiting on those notes, a week later.
DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. They have a new system and apparently don't do appointments anymore. But their websites still has the option to do so. Otherwise, it's a great clinic. Last time I went I had no problems. Just don't make an appointment online, or else you'll drive all that way and then wait an hour and a half potentially.
THE DOCTORS AND NURSES WHERE REALLY NICE AND CARING AND IF I NEED TO GO TO A DOCTOR AGAIN THAT'S WHERE I WOULD GO AND TELL MY FAMILY & FRIEND'S IT'S REALLY THE BEST PLACE TO GO SEE A DOCTOR.... BOB YOUNGBLOOD
