Staff was friendly, however I was misdiagnosed and was not contacted until 4 days after my visit to inform me that I had Covid 19. Unfortunately I exposed several people to the virus, including people with compromised immune systems.
I've never had anything other than a wonderful experience at this office.
The few times I have been here or had to bring family here I have been satisfied. I am in healthcare, myself, and had no issues whatsoever with the care or advice given. I would rather go here than any hospital for non critical issues.
I needed a commonly prescribed medication for heart medication during the holidays when my regular providers were closed. I was refused a prescription and had to search out a doctor who was open during Christmas week. I wasn’t asking for anything controversial, not a narcotic or anything like that. Just a routine medication I had run out of and needed to be able to enjoy the holidays with my family.
Appt was easy to get and I was updated about place in line. Staff was efficient and very knowledgeable. They are on it!!
