absolutely awful. took my infant in for a sick check up. waited forever in the waiting room and in the exam room. you can hear them back there playing instead of doing there job. i was told they would send the swabs out and theyd be here the next morning. i called the next morning and they didnt have it. now 2 days later they still do not have it. the front desk people are rude.
Terrible place. Don’t go here, there is no integrity. Father waited for over an hour to be told they no longer have primary care services as of a month ago (even though they gave him an appointment a couple weeks ago). English is not my father’s first language and he explained in all the forms they had him fill that he just needed some diabetics, high blood pressure, and cholesterol medicine. Had labs done. Called to find out results. Told I'd be called all week.NO call from Dr. Explaining results. Very disappointed.
staff is friendly but even when you have an appointment, expect to sit in the waiting room for at least an hour
It took them 2 hours to allow me to piss in a cup for a drug test. Wasted all that time just to pee. Come on guys. Manage your business better.
