Had an eye emergency and they turned me away without seeing me because they had no eye flush. They didn't even see me. How could do something like that. I hope that the same thing happens to them all
People were walking out! They had made appointments and had still been waiting over 2 hours. The staff was very rude. Their billing to NOT transparent and shady as all get out. I can never recommend and I hope this office closes soon. They are not a welcomed addition to Bonham. Go to Sherman or anywhere else. Rude, unprofessional and hateful all the way around.
Horrible. They gave my pregnant wife the wrong medicine and wrong diagnosis after the doctor literally was looking it up on her phone to see if she could prescribe the medication to her. And even after blood work results they kept insisting that her symptoms weren’t nothing bad and wanted to prescribe her the same medication again. Like fr? Good thing i brought her to Denison hospital TMC. Fr don’t waste your time here. Ridiculous.
absolutely awful. took my infant in for a sick check up. waited forever in the waiting room and in the exam room. you can hear them back there playing instead of doing there job. i was told they would send the swabs out and theyd be here the next morning. i called the next morning and they didnt have it. now 2 days later they still do not have it. the front desk people are rude.
Terrible place. Don’t go here, there is no integrity. Father waited for over an hour to be told they no longer have primary care services as of a month ago (even though they gave him an appointment a couple weeks ago). English is not my father’s first language and he explained in all the forms they had him fill that he just needed some diabetics, high blood pressure, and cholesterol medicine.
