Very unprofessional service from this company, and my mortgage company hired them to do a BPO or price analysis in lay terms, and not only did they undervalue my property using inappropriate comparable sales like estate sales which causes home to be undervalued, and makes me to be ineligible for termination of my mortgage insurance, even going as far as incorrectly stating my basement square footage at 203 sq feet when it is actually 682 (they did not take pictures of a whole section of my basement!), and Joan Quickstrom is ... read more
