We are so mad. We have a BRAND NEW truck. Black pain. Garage kept and in pristine condition. We took it for its first wash here and it came out with a scratch along the entire drivers side. The scratches match to where the rollers were washing on the side. I read through the reviews after unfortunately so it seems like even if the business responds on the review apologizing and asking to file a claim, they deny every single one.
