The team as a whole was so helpful and kind! I hadn't see the truck yet after an accident that one of our team's had...this was a first for us, so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was so helpful in showing/telling me about the recovery and helping us retrieve the items from inside. I'd rather not have to see them again, but if the need arises then the call will go to Quicks :)
I had such a crazy day, and after being stranded for over 6 hours, I finally decided to call for a tow. Not only did he arrive incredibly fast, but he also helped me get my tire off in time (that many couldn’t do!) to make it to a location that was closing within the hour. I simply gave him the location details, and he took care of everything else. He was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond.
