Terrible Customer Service – The only thing I can rate is the customer service, because they never got back to me to do my print job for me. Woman on the phone on the initial call was short, somewhat rude, and didn't offer any information or ask any questions. I had to guess at what I thought she would need to know. I eventually asked if I should send her the files to take a look at, and she said yes.
