Whoever gives this place more than one star is a joke. It's supposed to be a quick med, but yet get told that you have a 2-hour wait plus in the waiting room when there is literally no one but one other person in there. My son who is 8 years old is the only child in the room, and gets told he has to wait. Knowing that he just stepped on a nail through his foot. I don't understand how this place is still operating. They charged my copay before they even registered my son in, or even brought him back to do any weight or height... read more
I checked in online and my appointment was at 4:30. We did not get taken back to the room until 5:30. The lady at the front desk was telling people walking in that the wait was at least an hour and a half b/c the Dr. "Was slow" and they had the choice to wait, go to another location, or come back the following day. While waiting in the lobby a woman came in and said that her husband went into the back and asked if they know how much longer it was going to be because she had been waiting in the car with her 2yr old for 3 hour... read more
