Just got Treated for an Infected Thumb Nail (Paronychia) Very Sore/painful. Both Doctor and assistants were Top Notch! They Lanced the Infection and took care of it very Quickly. Prescribed Antibiotics and Topical. Feeling Better Fast! Also the Front Desk was Super Pleasant and Efficient! Will be my Go to now instead of Emergency Rm. Would Highly Recommend !
Couldn’t be seen after scheduling a walk in appointment because I didn’t have my ID. My ID and insurance card were uploaded online when I did the online paperwork and has been on file because I’ve been here previously. It makes absolutely no sense to need an ID and deny me service when the same ID is on file. If I’m still going to be asked for it then what is the point of doing the online paperwork?
