Most of the staff is nice. But I didn’t like how I was turned down the last visit! They said I had a different insurance even though my policy ended on the 30th. Come today, when I bring my phone so they can TALK to my insurance, now suddenly everything is fixed? I didn’t like how I was denied care or forced to pay out of pocket. I understand everyone has to feed their families but it would be nice if someone cared. I was bitten by a dog and I wanted to check on it. Awesome staff, and they always show concern and take good care of my family
I went there on a Saturday morning. I was impressed. The receptionist, nurse & nurse Practitioner were great!!! It was my first visit. But, if I have an issue, I will definitely return.
Got a new insurance and the clinic was unable to verify that it was accepted even though it is a state funded program. Was treated like my insurance was fake.
