Horrible . I went there for a TB TEST RECENTLY THE WOMAN TOLD ME COME BACK ON WEDNESDAY I CAME BACK JUST FOR THEM TO TURN ME AROUND AND SAY “oh u was suppose to come at 12pm, everything is INVALID NOW” IF I WAS SUPPOSE TO COME BACK AT 12 WHY NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS GETTING THE TEST DONE THEN?! OR MAYBE CALL ME OR SUMN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE and the LADY WAS VERY DISMISSIVE LIKE SHE WAS READY FOR ME TO LEAVE
Most of the staff is nice. But I didn’t like how I was turned down the last visit! They said I had a different insurance even though my policy ended on the 30th. Come today, when I bring my phone so they can TALK to my insurance, now suddenly everything is fixed? I didn’t like how I was denied care or forced to pay out of pocket. I understand everyone has to feed their families but it would be nice if someone cared. I was bitten by a dog and I wanted to check on it.
