I like the service. It’s convenient. What I don’t like? Is auick md’s customer support. It’s among the worse I’ve ever seen. Here, riddle me this! Say I go to my appointment? And I get checked in to my appointment. And I set there, and I set there and set there some more. My dr never sees me. So, what do I do? Do I back up a screen and go to the “reschedule” button? I have had multiple visits with doctors that were in a rush, they prescribe you the medicine they think is best for you without letting you express your concerns. Also it is very expensive at 100 dollars a month so I would expect the care received would be too notch. Such a let down
I booked an appointment with Dr.Amareswari but then i got a different doctor.When i checked with the receptionist she said that she is on leave.They could have said earlier about this instead they scheduled a slot with other doctor without even informing. Rooms are not cleaned. Quest Lab is well maintained.
My wife was tested positive for influenza. Instead of giving her flu medication, they gave a generic med that didn’t help recover. Next day, we reached out to our primary care and she ordered the correct medication(Tamiflu) for flu. We ended up paying for visit that didn’t help at all. Definitely not going next time.
