Service a bit slow. Seemed to run out of Spam for musubi pretty often.

Nice environment, there’s room to socialize but not really sit. Sadly my Milk tea and honeydew snow were too watered down and the boba was hard-ish, not chewy. Parking for this location is a hit or miss: street parking or in the small parking lot.
