Food was decent, nothing too special but still good enough. The drinks were pretty okay as well. What really stood out though was the staff. They were a solid 10/10. Super quick, attentive, and very clean. I noticed they washed their hands constantly after even small tasks before making drinks for customers, which I really appreciated. It made the place feel much more hygienic and professional.
This was my first time traveling to the United States and my second time trying this boba shop. I came with my aunt’s family, and honestly the food and drinks tasted better than some bigger brands I’ve tried before (just my personal opinion). The food was served hot and the wait time was reasonable. The employee was very attentive to customers. The food was fine, but the workers were literally vaping at the counter while working. Their vapes were sitting on the counter and they were practicing vape tricks and also saw one of the workers hit her vape while walking to the back. This is a place that serves food, so it felt really unsanitary and unprofessional. There were also kids waiting while this was happening, which made it even worse.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this lovely tea shop in East Ridge mall! I ordered fries and a lovely boba milk tea. I was served by a young girl named nhu who had the most pleasant attitude. While my ordered was taken by a king gentleman named Shawn. The duo were quite adorable and I will be returning!
