No up-sell, and no issues I already knew about were missed. I brought a car that had been sitting for nearly two years in for a service and State inspection. Not only was I given a typed list of recommended services, I was given a video walk around explaining any findings from their inspection. I will be back for sure.

I used to love bringing my car to quick lanes to get fixed. But since Mr. Don retired this place is not worth it. The girl that took over Mr. Don's position has no personality. She makes you feel as though you are bothering her. The employees barely can tell you anything besides the foreman is not there and they fo not know. I normally drop off vehicle overnight but now that is an issue. Looking for a new place to take my vehicle.
