I used to love bringing my car to quick lanes to get fixed. But since Mr. Don retired this place is not worth it. The girl that took over Mr. Don's position has no personality. She makes you feel as though you are bothering her. The employees barely can tell you anything besides the foreman is not there and they fo not know. I normally drop off vehicle overnight but now that is an issue. Looking for a new place to take my vehicle.
This is the second vehicle I've had brand new tires put on just for one to mess up This one is losing air I'm here to find out why. First set was on another of my vehicles it lost air too it was a valve stem the workers here are incompetent they don't do what supposed to be done my tires still had The blue markings they didn't even wash that off I went on home and washed it myself just to find the very next morning my tire was almost flat 1,300.00 later here I said again!!! Don't buy tires from this place
UPDATE: Second service on new Explorer and again, very very pleased with everything from the super friendly greeting from the manager (Michaela!) and prompt professional service. These folks take care of you, and know their stuff. Give them a chance and you will be a repeat customer, like me! Previous: Just had first service on my new Explorer and am very pleased.
