Just had first service on my new Explorer and am very pleased. Appointment was easy to get and Michaela, the service manager on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke to the technician, Donald, who serviced my vehicle as well. Everyone was great, could not be more pleased and will definitely be back for all future needs for my vehicle!
