Friendly, fair and honest. Been going for years now. Always for oil, tires, inspections and tire rotations!
Ridiculously slow. Same story every time..."we are down guys"..."doing the best we can"...I was first in line this morning and now 3 hours later I'm still here...maybe need to hire more techs if the story is you're always down guys?
This is not the staff's fault-they are great. This seems to be a management problem- I spent almost 3 hours in the waiting room for "The Works" service. I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour when I came in. The difference in the efficiency of the operation has slowed down considerably since Crossroads bought Ken Wilson and it is not owned by the Wilson family anymore. They do offer appointments at Quick Lane now. But 3 hours for a simple oil change, inspection and tire rotation is a bit excessive I think.
Made an appointment. They kept the appointment. Great service. Very nice staff. I was out the door in about an hour. I am a loyal customer for as long as I have my Ford Ranger!
We had the dust bin fall during a road trip and they provided quick service within minutes!
