I shopped 3 other tire and brake service shops in Montgomery. Catlin, at QL was courteous, efficient, and technically competent. For those reasons I will make QL my go-to tire and service business. The Service Tech at one just down the street was staggeringly incompetent and blatantly evasive (said "they won't let me" when I asked him to print a copy of the estimate he quoted) and another competitor tried to up sale me even on top of a grossly inflated estimate.
