Service advisors are very nice and good service provided.
This place is not the place to bring your car! Our alternator went out in our honda minivan. We had no choice but to stop here. They charged us $1000 to replace it. After the job was done we got about 5 miles down the road and heard a tapping noise…I stopped to check and noticed a rip in the belt. We took the van back and they told us the belt was not on the pulley all the way. The power steering fluid was not filled back to the proper level as well. I will never come to this location ever again. My mother brings her SUV here that she purchased and she receive X amount of free oil changes. However she told me she always has to wait a bit for them to do it. I booked an appointment for 8:30, I arrived @ 8:20, they didn’t pull the vehicle in the bay until 9:33, and now @ 10:50 I’m still sitting here.
