I recently serviced my Ford Explorer at the Ford quickLane tire and auto center in Loganville, GA. JAMES QUICK, the manager at the Ford QuickLane has the highest level of professionalism, kindness and customer service, I ever experienced at any car dealership. Especially his honesty and strait forwardness was for me an experience, I will never forget. I truly can say: HE IS THE VERY BEST in the car industry. A million THANKS for all you did for me. I definitely will recommend any Ford driver to check out the Ford QuickLane f... read more
Reason: for just an oil change takes more then 2 hours Just to clarify it’s not rush time That’s insane 🧐🧐🧐
After being disappointed by a shop in midtown near by job I took my fleet vehicle here and called ahead. When I arrived, Justin met me outside with paperwork in hand and he recalled talking to me on the phone. Justin had all of my info ready and pulled in my truck immediately. When I returned he walked the keys out to me and sent me on my way. Top tier customer service and exceptional communication.
Jeff at Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center is a five-star guy. He got me new tires at a great price, took care of an oil change and tire rotation, and had everything done in about an hour. Then he surprised me by finding $250 in discounts through my Ford app. That was an awesome bonus. Jeff was attentive, knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. He answered all my questions and made the whole experience easy. You can tell he cares about taking care of people, and I really appreciate that. Give this man a raise. He earned it.
This place was a breath of fresh air from normal oil change places. I love how Loganville Ford has their own maintenance center. The package comes with a free tire rotation attached with the oil change. I also appreciate the place to work and prepare on my laptop while I wait. The water and snacks for free were an added bonus! Thankful for a new place to get an oil change and take good care of my Bronco!
