Service at this QuickLane has significantly degraded over the years. I used to get my vehicles serviced there but they do sloppy work now and over charge for parts and labor.
James Quick and the guys at QuickLane were awesome. They took care of a tire patch super fast and made my two kids feel at home in the waiting area.
My wife has been taking her 4 Runner here for a year or two. Decided to start doing my own maintenance again and found a lot of problems they created. Took the spring out of the oil filter housing never said a thing. Stripped out every hole that holds the skid plate on and replaced with 3 different sized bolts that didn’t hold. Left 3 out all together. Stripped my drain plug in the oil pan. I had to replace the pan and gasket. They run all bolts in with an impact that they don’t dial. It’s as bad as I have ever seen.
