I drove over an hour to the Quick Lane in Brawley after dealing with poor customer service at the Indio location, and it was well worth the trip. Holly went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly after a warranty claim. Professional, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. Because of this experience, I’ll be bringing my entire fleet here moving forward. Highly recommend!

Took my transit van in for oil change and tire rotation,asked if it could be done by 3 o'clock that day, Holly says sure there's only 3 cars ahead of you. I got there about 215, they hadn't touched it. Finally got out at about 4. Next day low tire pressure sensor comes on, I specifically asked her to make sure they reset whatever they had to as to avoid this. No sticker in the window for next oil change, no paper work showing tire and brake conditions like every other quick lane has done for the past 7 years. There was a not... read more

Tried to charge me $350 to change my battery. Walmart across the street did it for $69 and also has better hours
