I have been using crossroads for service for 15 years. Since the moved to the current location the quick lane has been going down hill. I called today to get a price quote for brakes on a F-150 and I was told they can't untill they see what all needs to be done. I clarified that I need brakes and rotors. I was then told I could only get a rough estimate of around $650. Overall , usually ok. Just like every car dealership, trying to get every last penny. My favorite was the $200 diagnostic fee that had to pay for something I already got diagnosed before coming here. Sure enough, I was right…. Second favorite part was being requested for oil change, where a sticker on the windshield shows clear as day I just got it done.
Today, very close to my home, a nail got stuck in my car tire and I didn’t know what to do. Together with my spouse, we found this place and went there. They fixed our tire very quickly and at a very low cost. We were very satisfied. Thank you to the staff.
