I would give this place absolute negative stars if I could brought my service truck here for my company they dropped the ball had me here for 4+ hours and didn’t even touch the truck because the mechanic and the person who made the work order both went out to lunch not to mention when I asked to speak to a supervisor there was none on the property DO NOT EVER COME HERE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Courteous and quick.
I had to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and vehicle inspected and was dreading how long it would take and what upcharges were coming my way. Instead I had an amazing experience! It took about an hour, which is a lot faster than I expected. And everyone was so incredibly nice and informative. I thought I only had three free oil changes and they informed me I actually have nine and that they also included the tire rotation. I would have never known! I brought my car in for a specific service, which they completely failed to do. Instead of taking care of what I actually asked for, they spent the time pushing unwanted upsells. They completely dropped the ball on the main job, so I’d definitely think twice before doing business here.
