Good honest service. Love accumulating Ford service points.
1 star because there is no less. Again they said all was good and filers were checked. I watched the whole service and they were not checked. Also said there were no leaks and I know for a fact there is. It’s a shame..to worried about trying to sell a battery that has already been replaced
I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and it used to always be a good experience but it seems they have started to lack integrity. Today my wife and 5 month daughter went to get an oil change and yet they up charged her on a tire rotation when we literally bought 4 brand new tires 3 weeks ago from another location in which she declined the offer but still charged us and did the work. I thought I had a dead battery that I bought from here about a year ago. I called roadside assistance to jump it only to discover it was just a loose connection (I was terrified it was something complicated that would cost a bunch, and since I was late for work, I didn't have time to figure out the issue). I drove it to the shop at the insistence of the roadside guy, as he thought it would be best to make sure no other connections were broken or loose.
