I was told my tires needed replacement and the shop ordered them for me. They later sent me a financing link, which I used and got approved. However, when I returned for the service, the employee didn’t know how to process the approved financing and asked me to apply again. I refused to avoid another credit inquiry, and instead of helping or contacting a manager, she told me I could leave. Very unprofessional no solution was offered, and I had to leave without getting my tires replaced.

I had my 2006 F150 200K Mile service and was done in a timely fashion, arrived at 06:55 and was seen by 07:08 and job was well done. Some other issues where detected and fixed, had the truck back by 2:15. Thomas was easy to work with and very helpful at check out.

Quick Lane is a complete rip-off. I went there to have them check a noise coming from my brakes and mentioned that the issue might be related to the rotor or brake pads. Instead of properly explaining the problem, they simply gave me an estimate of around $800. I assumed most of the cost was due to expensive parts, so I didn’t closely review the labor portion at the time. It is in fact quick. I like them for my yearly inspections and scheduled maintenance
