Took truck in for rear drums. Had appointment for 10am. Dropped truck off and came back an hour and a half later. Truck was still on lift and only had one drum off. They said they would call me when it was ready. Finally got a call at 415p for pick up. Quoted me $229 and they charged me $389. Drove truck to get wife from work and brakes were super loose. Had pedal to floor and was still coasting. Very unsafe! I’m livid!
A bit long but then to I was late also service manager didn't explain paper work .
Brandon and Mike made sure my 398k mile Civic was in order. The team replaced my water pump and belts, both assured me with updates during the repair process and still check up with me. Glad to have serviced with Quicklane!
This place is a great place to go. We do all our maintenance etc. there, and are always happy with their service.
