I've been calling to get a refund but nobody answers the phone, tried going into the gym but it's unattended so now I have to lodge a dispute with the bank. Created an account over the weekend and this gym started charging me immediately. I then get an email saying they'll let me know when I can get the fob so I can actually access the gym. It's been two days now and they've been happily charging my bank account for the privilege of having a membership to a gym I can't even access?? I've called a bunch of times and went to the gym this morning during their staffed hours and there's no staff there??
