Great fun environment to work out in. Also has fun social events including trips to train in Bali on which I’ve made life long friendships. The groups sessions can be challenging but are also very rewarding. Bring on the next Bali Escape

Liam and Co are amazing. I've been coming here for 3+ years now and Liam has helped me so much with working out and working with my body and all its ailments, I really couldn't ask for a better PT. Amazing gym, fantastic culture and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
