Horrible company which outsources much of their work... impossible to get a hold of management as they just give you the run around and invalid contacts... took my money and left me without heat throughout the Christmas holidays and have not even heard back from them let alone a refund for a furnace I purchased from them which never worked properly and was replaced by another company...
