Used to be the only place I’d take my car at least since 2022, had a great rep & history with them until the last time I got my oil changed. They stripped my bolt by using an impact to change my oil and when I went up there they strictly told me they didn’t do that after I watched him in the bay do the exact thing. I was told I needed to buy my own drain plug the next time I brought my car and they could try to see what they could do… I left so upset.. and haven’t been back.
