Never have I been given the runaround as much as this business. Trying to refinance a home with not perfect credit is supposed to be one of their specialties. First we were told our credit score had to be a certain minimum. So, with our credit scores above the minimum, we called back to try again. They then told us the minimum score had to be 40 points higher than the last minimum. I am very disappointed with Quicken Loans after having them on a previous home for 14 years. They underestimated the new payment amount through their online system only to get me interested. After running my credit twice in one month, which they told me they would not do, they came back with a refi loan estimate that was $30 less and $13K in closing cost, than what I was paying. Oh and I was forced to fork over $500 for the appraisal ahead of time.

I am a current customer. They cold called me, wanted me to refinance, made a hard inquiry on my credit report and failed to follow-up with my on our agreed timeline. Having second thoughts about them now.
