We have had overall a decent experience. In the last year, the response time has gone down, issues ignored, “oh we didn’t see that email”. We’ve been asking for help for an issue for months for “Gregg is working on it” and many many many follow up emails ignored. Ignored issues causing more mantime for my company (=money that I’m paying that I shouldn’t have to and frustrated employees).
