I am a returning customer-mainly because the whole experience the first time was very quick and easy. Blanca is very helpful when it comes to explaining procedure and helping to make refinancing a quick process. I hate to say that I ll need to come back-but if I DO, i WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK TO THE gRAPEVINE LOCATION!

My experience here was great! Blonca and Megan were awesome! I came on my lunch break, and they were quick and easy. They were very polite, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back to this branch.

Went in for a loan and I didnt walk out with what I wanted BUT the service provided by Bianca and Jessica was wonderful. They were very nice and pleasant. Great customer service skills.

I got a loan there is was good at first the service was great,then the woman I spoke to after that was nasty to me after she couldnt get card card numder right.
