I was there in February for a VA back examine , everybody there made it seem like they cared about my situation and were very professional. The turn around was quick on the paperwork. I hope if I ever need an exam again I want to go there. This was my first experience with a c and p and it was pleasant.
BAD PROVIDER. The NP misread my VA TERA memo, incorrectly filled out the DBQs, and took over 50 days to submit said DBQs and IMOs. This NP also did not note down severe economic impact on the DBQs, which I clearly showcase and mentioned. I understand things happen, but I would’ve expected better. In my opinion, this Provider doesn’t understand how critically important these DBQs and IMOs are for us Vets. If you’re a Veteran and had your C&P scheduled here, I strongly recommend rescheduling.
Had a c and p exam here. Everyone was very professional from front desk staff to the doc(Queenester Hightower). I watched them put a vet back on schedule even though he was late over 30 minutes, nice save guys! Entrance is inside the main building on the 2nd floor. Do not look at the google pictures those are from their old location.
Very knowledgeable personal and very helpful. They went out of there way to make me fill comfortable after being 30 minutes late. I will use them again.
