Took an hour and a half to tell me that one my required forms was outdated and put me at the end of the queue when I returned with it fixed. Wasted half my day. Terrible experience.

The lady that works in the front is sooooo very rude . The nurses here are very unprofessional. Literally don’t recommend anyone going here at all they are no help .
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk clerk(Molina or Malinia) during my office visit. From the moment I approached the desk, the staff member was abrupt and seemed disinterested in providing assistance. I asked a simple question regarding the forms, and the response was not only short but also rude. It felt as though my inquiry was more of an inconvenience than a service request. Gave them a pretty tough job stitching up a cut on the inside of my arm the staff was amazing and tried the best thing they knew Dr west and his staff all did a great job my arm healed up perfect with no problems
