NOT an urgent care. Will send you a huge ER bill for thousands instead of the copay for an urgent care. Should not be labeled as a quick care but as an ER.
We have been several times and essentially got no help each time. They are nice enough and seem to want to help, but didn’t solve our problems. Once, with a bad cough, they prescribed Benzonatate, which just numbs the throat. I needed an expectorant for mucus, but that was never mentioned. Recently, I had terrible headaches and they prescribed Prednisone. I was worse the next day and went to the ER. Was seen on 5/1/25 by nurse Mary (MMM) and Doctor Mapes. My experience could not have been any better and so very appreciated by me. I was treated in a timely manner (no wait at all) with concern and friendliness. Dr. Mapes diagnosis was correct, appropriate info and scripts provided and I am already improving! I absolutely recommend this facility!
