I’ve frequented this car wash several times, and have been satisfied with their brushless wash bay up until yesterday. For the 1st time, I opted to get the $15 wash. Was quite surprised and disappointed when I took note at the back of my vehicle a few hours later.
Been a customer here for about 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else!
I had an issue bringing up the app in my phone. So I paid by credit card even tho I have a monthly membership. I emailed their office and received an immediate positive response, and this was on a Sunday evening. Great customer service, thanks!
If the wash is actually functional. If you can get a connection. You will be logged out before you reach the kiosk where you can login to the wifi to login into the app. Hopefully it’s still functional. 2/15/26 had to loggin 2x today and the wifi is not working
