It’s only one person that was in the salon doing hair. However She did a great job with my sew in. I just think she needs someone (an assistant possibly) that can prep the clients just to help speed things up. Other than that the lady who did my hair was very respectful and professional. I also liked the decor. It was vibrant and unique.
I came here last month as a first time client and a rookie in my weave game. I was greeted by the lovely, sweet/friendly Margaret who answered all my questions and took her time/ worked amazing miracles on my hair/recommending to leave it curly for the most natural look I've ever had. She had so much patience and she and Zima were recommending and explaining hair bundles, tips and schooling me on hair care. Margaret is incapable of doing hair properly. Her work shows that she is only in it for the money . She is very sloppy and unprofessional just as she looks . She is also rude and gets upset when you want to try another stylist as if ur gonna wait on her to mess up your hair. She doesn’t even wash her hands before rushing to another client.
