Just got charged $10 to vacuum my car and the hose is broken , doesnt work, no one around, no contact number . Wasn't working 2 years ago either when I stopped. Won't again! No stars

used my credit card and did not work.and then billed me $10. Rip off. No phone number to call posted anywhere at the wash or online.

This used to be my favorite spot to use the wand / brush type of wash. There has been some kind of issue in my last two visits - either a bat that wouldn’t start or hoses in disrepair. Most of the bays are blocked; I’m not sure any of this is being fixed and no one answers the text message sent through their app. Going to give up on this until it looks like there has been any activity.
