I made an appointment to get an IV after having the stomach flu for a few days. When I showed up, I was told that I didn’t have an appointment and that they were back ordered. The staff was polite and noted I could go upstairs and see if the lab had any IVs as they also have the service, and thought perhaps I booked an appointment with them. That was a dead end. Watch out for hidden fees . They charge $10 per script written without consulting you before hand. They also charge a transaction fee when using your debit card. Not all Athena insurance cards are welcome. Had to pay out of pocket . Dr was good knowledgeably. I don’t know when they started these fees but future clients should be aware .
