I came in only asking them to check why my tire was losing air. They found a screw and went ahead with the repair, but the price was never mentioned until after the work was done. I was then told it would cost $38 for a tire plug, which feels very excessive for such a basic repair. Had I known the price beforehand, I would have declined or gone elsewhere. Transparency on pricing is important, and unfortunately that was missing here. Update: I got in my car this morning and it's still losing tire pressure.
