Excellent service with PCR test on a saturday. Subsequently talked with Vladimir regarding antibody tests, lateral tests etc in conjunction with a trip to Europe. Vladimir was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the conversation. He provided the “complete” understanding of various tests and what results would mean. Very impressed!!!
