DO NOT do business with Nancy Rodriguez. If I could give Nancy a negative rating, I would. This has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had working with someone. She completely messed up our P&L and balance sheet, and when we asked her to fix the mistakes, she made even more errors. Now our accountant can’t even file our taxes because of all the issues she caused. She’s been extremely unprofessional from the start, still won’t take responsibility, and refuses to refund us. Do not do business with Nancy. She did our P&L incorrectly and balance sheet incorrectly. When we asked her to fix mistakes she did them incorrectly again. Our accountant cannot file our taxes because of all of her mistakes. She will not refund the money so now we have to take legal action. She doesn’t deserve the 1 star.
