Disappointed with Lack of Transparency, Hidden fees and Overcharging I recently used quick tax for my tax filing, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. I believe I was overcharged for the service, and when I reached out for clarification, I received an unhelpful response with little transparency about the fees. DO NOT TOUCH THE FOLDER!! :( I've been filing my taxes with TurboTax for the past few years. I wanted to sit down with an expert this year to ensure I was getting the most from my refund. My friend highly recommend Joe w/ Quick Tax. I called to schedule an appointment and was advised I could email all my documents over to make this a quick seamless process.
