The price has almost doubled since the current owners have taken over . I haven’t seen any updates to warrant the high increase . Rats have been able to get into the unit and destroy a lot of my personal items . The rental is under Donald Knipp and we are local unlike most of your other reviews which have California locations .
Easy access. Simple process to setup and to make payments.
I know the owner personally and wouldn’t want to rent a unit anywhere else. He treats everyone like they’re family. Such a great place! Safe, secure, clean! Seriously awesome facility.
