Flakey. Arranged a time and never showed up. Stopped responding to text and calls. Unreliable.
Had car serviced and then had it break down the next day. Messaged to see if I could have it sorted and was told they could look at it after 2pm today. There was no update after 2pm so I messaged and was told they were busy at a job on the other side of town and would tell me when they were free. 5pm came along with no follow up and 5pm is their close of business.
