Been a customer for years. Went to get my oil changed in April 2025. They did not properly latch my hood. Caused over $5000 in damage to my car. They sent a short video and photo to my insurance company from above my car showing the “shut” the hood. But there is no proof of it being completely latched. They are now refusing to talk to me or my insurance about the incident or their responsibility in it. They said they see malfunctions (and double malfunctions) like this all the time.
