Staff is rude and obnoxious. I've been smoking cigarettes for about 38 years, as a serious smoker, mostly 4 to 5 packs a day. I waited two days for nicotine gum. I'm still waiting and it's almost 6:30pm the second day and they promised me an earlier time. As being disabled, this is negligence and discrimination. They have a Bronx pharmacy and yet they utilize this particular location to deliver and receive my prescriptions.
