They were excellent! They came out the same day! They figured out that it was a city issue and stayed with me until the city came. The plumber explained to the city why it was their line! It was wonderful!
When I first started using this company, they were excellent . I referred so many people to them. But this last time the customer service /office staff has went down very rude and unprofessional. The manager/ owner supposed to came out and looked at some work that was done no show. I waited all day. Now he won’t even answer my call. Please stay away from this company or you will be disappointed.
