Generally a great experience and our choice for parking when flying out of MSP. However, every once and awhile the gates to get in and out just don't work. Today, neither was working correctly and cars were piling up trying to get out. It also doesn't help that the help button literally connects to a call center across the world instead of having someone on site to assist. At least it's not AI yet.
Couldn't have been smoother! Fast and easy, driver was incredibly nice!
Not posted well. Especially when driving in the dark. Look for red lights that say DO NOT ENTER. But a green lite cross bar. That is your entry.... signage not liite up at night.
