This is our second time using Quick Response for our restoration project and we would use them again (but certainly hope not to have to!) From our Insurance Specialist, BJ, to Project Manager, Steve, they made the whole experience easy and stress free! All the workers and contractors were polite and courteous. Special shout out to Ben and Scott who worked on our home the most! You were all fantastic. Thank you!!

I called on a Tuesday night at 7pm and had a team here at 9am the next day. Carmen and Wellington did extensive research into where issues could be in the house and where water was coming from. They explained some best scenario worst scenario possibilities and explained what their plan was for moving forward. They were so so personable and definitely heard all our concerns and continued with our pov in mind. We were able to continue WFH while they were working. We had a great experience with Quick Response during a very unfortunate flood in our basement. The company was fast to respond and was at our house within a few short hours of our initial call to them. A huge shout out to Thiago Carneiro for his professionalism and quick work. He was at our house a few times after to check up on things to make sure everything was going as it should. Thanks again Quick Response and Thiago for helping us through a tough week!!

Can I just tell you we have lived here for38 years.Had many people work on our home.Quick Response employees Thiago, Jason and Chuckie came and they are outstanding. So professional, answer all our questions. Went to work immediately cleaning up flood in our basement. Putting in fans, vacuum up water, dehumidifiers. So kind and easy to talk to and work with. They are great
