We woke up this morning to a wet living room floor and a dripping paint bubble in the ceiling. After having the plumber come, he recommended we call Quick Response to come open up the ceiling as it was completely saturated and holding more water. Carmen and Daniel came out on a Sunday morning, took moisture readings to determine how far the water spread, including checking the bathroom floors above and the living room floor from the basement. Thiago Carneiro was excellent from start to finish! Very thorough and explained in detail what he was doing every step of the way! They arrived two hours after I called and cleaned out 6 inches of water in my basement with his crew. The owner stopped by to check on things frequently. I highly recommend Quick Response and Carneiro for any of your needs.
