Josh and the others have been AMAZING to work with! Especially with answering my millions of random questions, to sales and service of the ride he tailored to my style and especially me. I eventually rode out on a 2020 Giant Sedona Dx. And even months later, it still rides amazing! I recently purchased a Giant Fathom from Quick Release and I couldn't be more happy with it. The team assisted me in selecting the right bike for my budget along with the type of riding I do. I would highly recommend everyone to Quick Release, any style or skill level, easy to work with, they will help you out. I also purchased a bike rack for my car, works great.
